The Old Rope House
The Old Rope House is a three storey Victorian town house with two bathrooms and parking for two cars. The house sleeps eight people in four double bedrooms (two king size beds and two twin rooms) and has everything you require for families with children and babies. The house has gas central heating and the wooden floors are stripped throughout. It is light and airy with views from the upper floors of St Edmunds Church and Southwold's famous lighthouse. It is very close to the beach and the High Street.
All your bed linen, towels and bathmats are provided and everything you should require in the kitchen such as tea towels, dishwasher tablets, bin liners etc. Free wi-fi and all energy costs are included in your rental.
Kitchen - Fitted kitchen with double electric cooker, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Dining Room - Large dining table with seating for eight, two high chairs, dresser, toy cupboard, airing cupboard with blankets and extra cot sheeting and a piano.
Living Room - Sofas for eight people, flat screen TV with Freeview channels, DVD and VHS players, books and games and wi-fi hub.
Shower Room - Electric shower, toilet and sink - bath mats and hand towels provided.
On the first floor:
Two king sized bedrooms with built in wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, mirrors and rugs. One bedroom has a cot and there is also a travel cot which can be used in any bedroom.
Bathroom with roll top Victorian bath with telephone style shower head, sink and toilet - bath mats and hand towels provided.
On the second floor:
Two twin bedded rooms with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside lamps, rugs and mirrors.
Outside - Garden table and chairs, fisherman's shed and parking for two cars (or three small ones if you're really clever!) The front garden is lawned.
