Useful Information
- Bookings are from Friday at 4pm to the following Friday at 10am. Please do not arrive any earlier than 4pm as the property will not be ready for your occupation.
- We accept last minute bookings, and the house is also available for short breaks. Short breaks are charged at 75% of the weekly price and are usually from Friday to Monday (3 nights) or Monday to Friday (4 nights). Any additional nights are charged at one seventh of the weekly price. Please phone first to check for availability.
- The property is insured with Public Liability Insurance.
- Dogs Welcome - £15 charge per dog per booking.
- It is advisable to arrange your own personal travel insurance for your holiday.
- As the property is on 3 storeys, we regret that it is not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Linen and towels are provided although we ask that you do not take towels onto the beach. Dishcloths, tea towels, dishwasher tablets etc. are also provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse all male/all female parties.
- No smoking is allowed in the property.
