The interior is fully fitted and very comfortably furnished. You will find everything you need for your stay, including microwave, double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer, TV, Video and DVD, books and games, linen (pillows and duvets with covers and fitted sheets), towels (one hand and one bath towel per person), an airing cupboard, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 2 cots, 2 high chairs and stairgates on both stairways. There is a courtyard at the rear of the property with parking space for 2 cars, a portable barbeque and garden chairs and a table. At the front of the property is a lawned garden.

The Old Rope House sleeps eight adults plus babies. On the ground floor is a lounge with a Victorian fireplace and bay window, a large dining room with piano, a fully fitted kitchen and shower room with basin and toilet. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king size bed and bay window with views of St. Edmunds Church, a rear double-bedded room which has views of the famous lighthouse, and a bathroom with roll top bath. On the second floor are two further bedrooms, each with twin beds. The house is fitted with gas central heating. The floors on all three levels are the original pine, and have been stripped and sealed throughout the house.
